There are several ways to find a product:
Categories: On the home page, you’ll find product categories on the left side, including type, manufacturer, warehouse, brand, or active substance. Each option directs you to the corresponding page.
Search: At the top, there’s a search field sensitive to product names, substances, or brands.
Price List: Similar to categories, the price list allows you to combine filters for more accurate results.

The ordering process is similar to that of many popular online stores. Simply follow these steps:
1. Add Products to Cart:
- Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to the desired product.
2. View Cart:
- Navigate to the cart located in the top menu bar.
3. Review Cart Contents:
- In the cart, review all added products, their quantities, and the total (inclusive of shipping fees* and applied discounts).
- If you have a promo code, apply it in the dedicated field**.
4. Choose Payment Method:
- Select your preferred payment method.
5. Enter Personal Details:
- Carefully provide your real name and address.
6. Continue and Confirm:
- Press ‘Continue.’
- Review your details; add any extra information in the COMMENT field if needed.
- If everything is correct, press ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER.’
7. Payment Details:
- You’ll be redirected to the Payment details page.
8. Confirmation Email:
- A system confirmation email will be sent (please do not delete it).
9. Payment Instructions:
- Carefully read all instructions and ensure payment is made within 5 days.

If you’ve changed your mind, please go to your account (click on the top bar email address). On the left side, locate the ‘My Orders’ page, click on ‘Details,’ and on the next page, select ‘Cancel.’ Additionally, the order will be automatically canceled after 5 days if payment is not received. Please note that order cancellation is only possible if the status of your order is ‘Awaiting Payment’ (Bitcoin, MG, or WU). If you have already made your payment, please contact our Support Line as soon as possible. Once the order is in the “Ready For Carrier” status, canceling is no longer possible.

You can review your previous orders and reorder with a single click on the order details page, accessible in your account. Please note that, for safety reasons, we do not retain customer data, including previous orders, for more than 90 days.

When placing your order, you will be directed to your payment details page, where you will receive specific instructions for your current order. It’s important to note that payment details apply exclusively to the current order, and subsequent orders will have distinct payment instructions. Furthermore, payment details may be subject to change multiple times per day. Therefore, always refer to the most up-to-date payment instructions.
Once your payment is made, it should be confirmed. Please verify your payment status in your account on the ‘My Orders’ page.

After making your payment, please visit your account and navigate to the ‘My Orders’ page. Click on ‘Enter Payment Details,’ input your payment information, and select ‘Confirm Payment.’ Your payment details will be forwarded to our financial department for review. Typically, we confirm payments within 24-48 hours.
However, it’s worth noting that WU/MG confirmations may take longer compared to Bitcoin transactions, which are instant, anonymous, cost-effective, and currently among the most convenient payment methods available.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

When will you ship my order?
After we confirm the payment usually it takes up to 24-48 hours for us to prepare your package for dispatch. We are shipping Mondays to Fridays and even Saturdays from certain warehouses. Please consider national holidays, which are different from warehouse to warehouse. After we dispatch a package, a status of your order should change to “READY FOR CARRIER”.

The shipping cost varies from $20 to $40. It depends on the warehouse you choose to ship from.
If you choose to ship from multiple warehouses the shipping fee will be summed for each warehouse.

Steroidify cannot be made responsible for undelivered packages with wrong/ insufficient name or address provided. Please be very careful on putting the correct name or address when placing your order. Always choose the REAL name and address to be able to find your package in case of loss or non-delivery, otherwise you may not be able to retrieve it and you will not be eligible for our Reship / Refund policy.
